All orders placed on HairDepot.com are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service. For all UPS orders, your shipping address must not be a PO Box. Please keep in mind that shipping prices quoted during checkout are approximations, and in some rare instances you may be required to pay for additional shipping before your product ships.
If you have any questions about a product shipment, please contact us. Please be advised that we can only maintain shipping records for the previous three months.
The Hair Depot, Inc. will gladly replace any product that is damaged during shipment or that is defective upon delivery. In order to receive a replacement, please contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization form. Return the product unused in its original packaging with the completed form for a free replacement.
* Wigs and hairpieces may not be returned once they have been worn or altered in any way.
